This is an application for recalling the order dated 21.2.2019 passed by this Court. By the order dated 21.2.2019 this Court had granted time to the petitioner to take steps against unserved respondent No.1 failing which the Writ Petition was to stand dismissed. The application has been taken out by the petitioner stating reasons why they could not serve the respondent No. 1. For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed. The order dated 21.2.2019 passed by this Court is recalled.

In this Civil Application a further prayer is made that the petitioner be permitted to delete respondent No.1 from the array of the respondents in this petition. The application is therefore allowed. The Writ Petition stands restored against respondent No.1. Further respondent No.1 is allowed to be deleted from the array of respondents.

Necessary amendments to be carried out forthwith in the cause title of the Writ Petition.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
