The learned APP on instruction submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 17th June 2016, the Applicant has attended the investigating officer and cooperate during the process of investigation. She further on instruction submitted that the investigation pertaining to the present crime is practically completed and the investigating agency is awaiting the report from the forensic laboratory. She further on instruction submitted that the custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not necessary.

In view of the above the interim relief granted by order dated 17th June 2016 is hereby confirmed. Application is accordingly allowed.
