By this Civil Application the applicant is seeking permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to approach the State Level Committee, Nagpur, Maharashtra, in respect of renewal of Saw Mill License of the applicant. 3.

Hence, the following order.

a) The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:
