This is an application for transit Anticipatory Bail in C.R. No. 134 of 2021 registered with Govindgarh Police Station, Rajasthan for offences under Sections 498-A, 406, 504 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC").

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicants are permanent residents of Thane District. The applicant No.1 is the husband, applicant No.2 and 3 are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant and applicant No.4 is the sister-inSajakali Jamadar
45-Aba-1540-2021.doc law of the complainant. It is submitted that the applicant be granted protection for a period of four weeks to enable them to approach the appropriate Court for seeking relief.

Considering the circumstances and also considering the fact of pandemic situation, the applicant can be granted temporary protection under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.
ORDER
(i) In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with in C.R. No. 134 of 2021 registered with Govindgarh Police Station, Rajasthan, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount;
(ii) This relief is granted for a period of four weeks to enable the applicants to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate relief.
(iii) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly.
