Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.587 of 2021 registered with Kurduwadi Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504 506 of IPC.

The prosecution case is, applicant provoked his sons to kill the complainant. The fact remains that there are counter FIR in the matter vide Crime No.579 of 2021 registered at the behest of son of the applicant, namely Akshay.

Considering the nature of allegations against the applicant, in my opinion, ad-interim protection needs to be confirmed.

In the event of arrest, applicant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed.
