The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has also raised their grievance before the Core Committee / Container Task Force in view of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5818 of 2012 dated 4th March, 2015. The Petition is therefore, disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to raise their grievance before the Core Committee/ Container Task Force. The said Committee would consider the grievance of the Petitioner and take appropriate decision in the light of the observations made by this Court in the order dated 4th March, 2015. (A.S.
