Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the monetary claim in the suit does not exceed Rs.1 crore and hence, the Appeal is to be transferred to the District Court, Alibag in view of the recent notification issued by the Law and Judiciary Department, Government of Maharashtra under Maharashtra Civil Courts (Amendment) Act, 2015 bearing No.CCS.2014/C.R.25/D19 dated 31.8.2015.

In view of the above notification, the Appeal alongwith Civil Application, is transferred to District Court, Alibag. Registrar (Judicial) to take note of the same and do the needful by 15.10.2015. Parties to appear 1 / 3

before the District Court, Alibag on 20.10.2015. Interim orders, if any, to continue till then.
