Mr.Patil learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the petitioner has approached the State Government in a revision application which is pending adjudication.He states that papers of the revision application were not traceable and a fresh set of papers is being filed on behalf of the petitioner. He submits that however during the pendency of this petition as also the revision application which is pending before the State Government the Deputy Director of Land Records (DILR) Satara has passed an order dated 16 June 2016. He submits that it is observed that this order is subject to outcome of the present petition which may not be a correct position and which accordingly should be subject to the outcome of the revisional proceedings which are pending before the revisional authority. Mr.Talkute learned counsel has no objection for this

Rng 2 clarification in view of the pendency of the revision application. The petition does not warrant any adjudication as the revision application is pending adjudication.

Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Government in the pending revision application as also by filing a stay application if so desired. If such an application is moved on behalf of the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the revisional authority in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of eight weeks from today.

All contentions of the parties on merits of the matter are expressly kept open.

Writ petition is disposed of in above terms. It is clarified that this order should not be construed as a stay on any proceedings.
