Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make an application for restoration of his suit, being Regular Civil Suit No. 935 of 2013, before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
