Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks relaxation of the Order dated 28th December, 2018 passed by this Court (Coram: Bharati H. Dangre, J.) in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2713 of 2018. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that vide the aforesaid Order dated 28th December, 2018, the Applicant was granted prearrest bail and the applicant was directed to appear before the Investigating Officer, once in a week and on any other dates whenever called by the

2/2 920-APPP.743.2019.doc Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation. Learned Counsel submits that till date, charge-sheet has not been filed. It is informed that investigation is still in progress. It is not in dispute that the applicant has been reporting to the Investigating Officer of Oshiwara Police Station, once in a week, as directed vide order dated 28th December, 2018. 4.

Accordingly, the condition in clause (iii) of para 3, of the Order dated 28th December, 2018, stands relaxed. The Applicant is now directed to appear before Investigating Officer of Oshiwara Police Station, as and when called. Rest of the conditions, in the Order dated 28th December, 2018, to remain as it is.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
