By the present Petition, Petitioner was seeking temporary bail/parole on the ground of Covid-19 pandemic. Now as the said pandemic has ceased its severity, petitioner is at liberty to file an Application for regular bail before the Trial Court, if so advised and permissible under the provisions of law.
