This Application is filed by the Original Claimants praying for permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the Appellant Insurance Company before MACT, Sangli in MACP No. 41 of 2010. Office remark shows that conditional order dated 22 nd October, 2019 is not complied with hence, First Appeal stands dismissed. There is no application filed for restoration of the First Appeal. In view of the dismissal of the First Appeal, the present Application for withdrawal of amount is infructuous.

The applicant is at liberty to take out appropriate application for withdrawal of the amount in MACT, Sangli.
