1] Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. This application is preferred by the applicants to condone the delay of 9 days in filing first appeal challenging the judgement and decree dated 10th March 2014 passed by the City Civil Court in S.C.Suit No.1030 of 2011.
2] Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the applicants and the averments made in the civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing the civil
application. Accordingly, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:- (a) This Court be pleased to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the first appeal and the first appeal be registered and heard on merits;
