Taking into consideration the limited prayers of the Petitioners in both Writ Petitions, both the Petitions are disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.1 to decide and dispose of the proposals submitted by Petitioner No.2 for an appointment as a Head Master, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of eight weeks from today. Both the Writ Petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. In view of disposal of Writ Petition No.874 of 2015, nothing survives in the Civil Application and the same is disposed of accordingly.
