I have perused the order passed by the Sessions Court dated 13th October 2023 in Criminal Bail Application No. 5880 of 2023.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that pursuant to the said order, the applicants have till date ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL deposited an amount of Rs.1,55,00,000/-. It is submitted that by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2024.05.08 14:05:19 +0530 the applicants are ready and willing to deposit outstanding amount of Rs.29,00,000/- in nine equal monthly installments. 3.
The learned counsel for contesting respondents submits that no further opportunity be granted as inspite of undertaking to deposit the amount in question, an application 1/2
4-appln-125-2024.doc was filed before the trial court that they are not liable to pay the said amount.

Considering the fact that the applicants have already deposited an amount of Rs.1,55,00,000/-, I am inclined to grant them opportunity as sought.

The applicants are permitted to deposit the outstanding amount of Rs.29,00,000/- in nine equal monthly installments from this month before the concerned court.

The order of the sessions court dated 13th October 2023 shall stand modified to that extent.
