The application is filed for listing the Criminal Appeal No. 547 of 2008 for final hearing on the ground that the applicant was defence personnel in the Maratha Light Infantry and has superannuated from service on 01.01.2006 and in view of the pendency of the appeal his retiral benefits have not been released.

Since the matter is of year 2008, I feel it appropriate, the same be taken up for final hearing in the second week of January, 2018. 2.
