This application is filed through jail. The applicant has sought an order expediting the trial. Ms. Yadav was appointed as Amicus curiae by order dated th July, 2017. Learned APP was directed to ascertain the proceedings. One affidavit is tendered of Mr. Mahadev Maruti Bhor dated 2 nd August, 2017 in which it is stated that the separate trial have been conducted in Special MCOC Court. The next date of hearing is 22 nd August, 2017. It is also stated across the bar that the matter is now been scheduled and it will be regularly heard. However, given the fact that there are 34 accused no further directions are required at this stage.
