The Applicant has prayed that the condition of submitting the affidavits of two of his relatives regarding his address in the State of Punjab and Mira Road (East) Thane, imposed upon by an Order dated 22nd September, 2015, by the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Thane, be relaxed.

Perused the record.

The learned Trial Court after considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, has imposed the said condition, which according to me has been rightly imposed and there is no need to modify the said condition.

ssm 2 3-appln323.16.sxw The learned APP, on instructions from the Jailor of Central Prison Thane, makes statement that the Applicant has been released on bail in pursuance of the Order passed by the Trial Court on 19th November 2016 itself.

In view thereof, nothing survives in the present Application and is accordingly disposed off.
