The learned amicus curiae for the applicant has submitted that in M.C.O.C. Case No. 15 of 2012 is still pending on the file of learned Special Judge, District Thane.

It is submitted at bar by the learned APP that in this case including the present applicant, there are 35 accused and out of them, 26 accused are absconding. Learned APP from the trial Court has made the application for separating the trial of these 26 accused so that the present applicant along with other accused, who are present before the Court, are to be tried.

The learned Special Judge to is expected to take steps immediately and not to keep any application pending and expedite the trial on or before 30th April, 2017.

With this, Application is disposed of.
