This is an application filed by the applicant through Jail seeking expeditiously disposal of his case being Sessions Case No.152 of 2013.

Learned APP states on instructions, that the trial has commenced and that the complainant is presently in the witness box. e

Considering the fact that trial has commenced, the trial Court shall make an endeavour to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the aforesaid application. The same is disposed of accordingly. 5.
