The above Civil Application has been filed by the Applicants i.e. the original Respondents on the ground that the Respondents i.e. the original Petitioners had filed the Standard Rent Application in the Small Causes Court at Mumbai. The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the original Petitioners i.e. the Respondents herein states that the said Standard Rent Application has been withdrawn by the original Petitioners on 17-6-2014. In view thereof, the cause for filing the above Civil Application for vacating the said stay operating in favour of the Petitioner does not survive. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. However, the hearing of the above Petition is expedited.
