The grievance raised in the Petition is that the Petitioner was not produced before the Court during trial on certain occasions. By passage of time, we are afraid that whether the grievance of the Petitioner still subsists. Be that as it may, in case the trial is not yet concluded, we direct the concern prison officer to produce the Petitioner on effective dates of trial before the Court.
