By this petition, the petitioner Bank is aggrieved by the reluctance of the respondent no. 1 to provides police protection to the proposed action under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Asset and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act).

At the hearing of the petition today, learned AGP states that necessary police force will be allocated for ensuring possession to be taken on 15 th May, 2018. Statement is accepted.
