This is an application sent through jail by the applicant/convicted accused Paresh Dattatraya Sonar. The averments in the application dated 1st April 2019 is to the effect that he is entitled for bail as in the trial court, he was on bail. It is averred that the applicant/convicted accused is innocent and has not committed any crime.

13-APPA-748-2019.doc Perusal of the record shows that the applicant/convicted accused along with other coaccused are already directed to be released on bail vide order dated 16th April 2019. Report of the Jailor is not clear as to who amongst the appellants released on bail have availed bail. In this view of the matter, the application is disposed off with a direction to list the appeal for final hearing in the week commencing from 30th September 2019.
