CORAM : A.S. GADKARI, J.

24th June, 2015.

P.C. :

The Applicant who is the original accused in Sessions Case No.956 of 2013 has preferred this Application for expeditious trial of his Sessions Case.

2.

Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP. It is as a matter of fact that the Courts below are burdened with pendency of trials and no precedence can be given to a trial wherein prima facie it appears to me that there is no urgency. More so, the Applicant is on bail and it is not a ground that as the trial is not being expeditiously held, he will remain in jail. In that view of the matter, I find no merit in the Application. The Application is dismissed. (A.S. Gadkari, J.)
