At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application. He submits that during the pendency of this Application, charge-sheet has been filed and as such, the Applicant seeks to approach the trial Court after filing of the charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If such an Application after filing of the charge-sheet is preferred, the learned Judge shall decide the same on its own merits uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this Application.
