This is an application seeking relaxation of conditions imposed upon the applicant while granting bail vide order dated 24th June 2015. The applicant was directed to report to Manpada Police Station on every Monday till the conclusion of the trial. Charge-sheet is filed. However, the application deserves to be allowed. However, the applicant shall furnish his address, phone numbers of the sureties to the learned Sessions Court and to the Investigating Officer of Manpada Police Station. The applicant shall report to the Court of Sessions on every scheduled date. Application is allowed on above terms and stands disposed of.
