The petitioner has assailed the interim order passed by the Tribunal in O.A. No.209 of 2019 and since learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the interim order has culminated in final judgment delivered by the Central Administrative Tribunal on 10th July, 2019, the present petition is rendered infructuous. Therefore, the same is dismissed has infructuous.
