Learned APP pointed out that same relief was sought in Writ Petition No.2362/2019 which was partly allowed on 24/4/2019 by this Court. He also informs that applicant then deposited necessary amount for one day and accordingly he was allowed parole for one day. He therefore states that prayers in present petition do not survive. We accept the statement and dispose of the present petition as infructuous. Order be communicated to the prisoner in jail.
