This is an application filed by the complainant for intervention. It is seen that present applicant Rais Ahmed Mohammed Rafiq Patel had filed a complaint before the learned JMFC which has resulted in passing the order of registration of Crime. Hence the application is allowed. The applicants in anticipatory bail application are directed to join intervener as non-applicant no.2.
