The learned Counsel appearing for the Navi Mumbai has placed a compilation on record showing that the several notices have been issued in July 2018 under Sub­Section 1 of Section 53 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, after carrying out inspection. He states that an action will be taken in accordance with law on the basis of the said notices. We accept the said statements. In view of the statements, the Petition is disposed of.
