Ujwala Bhosale, Deputy Chief Accountant (Establishment-2), Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, Municipal Corporation of Gr. Mumbai, seeking leave of this Court to withdraw present Petition. He produced on record the said Affidavit along with necessary sanction dated 6th October 2021, which is annexed at Exh.A of the Affidavit. 2.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw present Petition unconditionally.
