After the submissions on the petition are heard and the court is about to pass order of dismissal of the petition, Mr. Khandeparkar, the learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the court seeks to withdraw the petition stating that in the event, the order on the main petition goes against him, he will raise the contentions herein in the appeal against that order. The petition is therefore allowed to be withdrawn. All the contentions in the petition are left open.
