The Consent Terms are signed by both, the Constituted Attorney as well as respondent No.1. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of the amicable settlement of the dispute, the Appeal stands disposed of as per recitals of the Consent Terms. Pending application/s, if any, also stand disposed of. The original power of attorney be returned to the learned Counsel for the respondent No.1.
