The application is filed by the applicant/accused who is facing charges for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(f) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3A, 4, 8 and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 in C.R. No. 35 of 2014 registered with Chinchani-Wangi police station, Sangli.

The prosecutrix is 6 years old. The learned prosecutor informs the Court that charge is framed by the learned Judge on 30th July, 2015 and the Court is going to proceed Vishal 1 of 2
