After having heard Mr.Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Kankal, learned AGP for the State, in my opinion, this petition can be conveniently disposed of accepting the submission of Mr.Joshi that there are representations which are made to the Chairman of the Trust and more particularly representations dated 2 March, 2021 and 3 June, 2021 are permitted to be pursued by the petitioner. The Chairman of the Trust can look into these representations and take an appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible.

All contentions of the petitioners are expressly kept open. 3.
