The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner's representation dated 26 February, 2015 to Divisional Commissioner, Kokan Division, Navi Mumbai (Exh.-G), is not yet decided.

The petitioner may make a fresh representation to Divisional Commissioner, Kokan Division, Navi Mumbai, within two weeks from today. Upon receipt of the representation, the Divisional Commissioner shall consider the same within four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

The petition is disposed of in terms of the above direction
