Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. Review Petition has been filed by the applicants/original petitioners seeking review of Order and Judgment dated 16/04/2019 in Civil Application No.488 of 2019 in Writ Petition (Stamp) No.34257/2018. It appears from copy of the Order of the Honourable Supreme Court in Petitions for Special Leave to Appeal Nos.12116 and 12117 of 2019, that the Gaikwad RD 1/2

(2)RPWNo.752019.doc petitioners had moved the Honourable Supreme Court for challenging the Judgment and Order dated 16/04/2019 and the same came to be disposed of by the Honourable Supreme Court with the following directions :

"We see no reason to entertain these petitions. Accordingly, the special leave petitions are dismissed. Pending application stand disposed of"

Since the Order and Judgment of this Court had attained finality by way of dismissal of the Petitions for Special Leave to Appeal by the Honourable Supreme Court, the present Review Petition is no longer maintainable and consequently stands disposed of.
