By this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 7.12.2012 passed by respondent No.1 Deputy Director, Vocational Education and Training refusing to give approval to the petitioner's appointment on the post of Lecturer. For the reasons recorded in
