The Applicant has filed the aforesaid Application seeking her intervention in the aforesaid Writ Petition. It is not in dispute that the Applicant has filed the aforesaid Application directly in this Court stating that the Applicant is a necessary and proper party, being the owner of the suit premises on which illegal construction is being done. 2.

Considering the fact that the Applicant has filed the

CAW 1333-19.doc aforesaid Application directly in this Court, it would be appropriate to direct the Applicant to file an appropriate Application seeking her intervention in the main suit filed by the Respondent No. 1 in the trial Court. If such an Application for intervention is filed within one week from today, the learned Judge to decide the same as expeditiously as possible and in any event within two weeks thereafter after hearing the parties. All the parties agree to co-operate in the disposal of the said Application, if filed. Accordingly, the Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. All contentions of all parties are kept open. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
