The petition is directed against the order dated 13.4.2018 passed by the learned Judge of City Civil Court thereby rejecting the application below exhibit 47 in Suit No.8477 of 1986, especially in respect of exhibit documents in 5(B)(I) i.e., three plans, which were shown to the witness Sanjay Dongar Patil, who was examined on 29.3.2017 and on 1.7.2017.

Heard submissions of both the sides. Perused the evidence. The said plans are to be exhibited. During the course of arguments and after going through the orders passed by the by Vishwanath Satyanarayana Sherla Date:

wp.7763.2018_917.doc learned trial Judge on 19.9.2017, the parties are directed to maintain decorum of the Court and proceed with the matter, without making any allegations against the learned trial Judge. I am informed that the matter is now fixed on 1.8.2018 and one review petition filed by the petitioner/plaintiff is pending. The learned trial Judge may pas the order in accordance with law on that petition and proceed.
