The only prayer pressed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is that the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner before the Respondent No.3 Authorised Chief Settlement Commissioner, M.S., Mumbai under section 24 of the Displaced Persons (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Act, 1954, be expedited.
