The Petitioner claims that he addressed a communication to the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation on 3rd May, 2017 in respect of the alleged illegal structure situated on public road. 2.

Needless to mention that the Petition is for seeking demolition of the shops whose occupants approached this Court against the Corporation by filing WP No.5158 of 2015. In case the Petitioners therein had filed an application for regularization the Corporation shall deal with the same and take appropriate decision

WP.7080/2013(38) within six weeks from today and in case an adverse decision is passed against the Petitioners status-quo for two weeks from the date of receipt of adverse order be maintained. 5.

The Petition is disposed of.
