Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant as well as the learned APP for the State. For the time being the learned counsel for the Applicant is not pressing prayer clause (a).
The Applicant is permitted to travel to foreign countries, as mentioned in the travel itinerary placed on record on 15th June, 2016, as in the past on three occasions such permissions are given to him and no mis-use of the liberty by the Applicant is reported. ORDER
i.
The learned Sessions Judge to hand over the passport to the Applicant on 17th June, 2016 and the Applicant is permitted to retain the same up to 21st August, 2016.
ii. The Applicant to redeposit the said passport with the concerned court on 22nd August, 2016.
iii. The Applicant should furnish details of travel itinerary as well as his address or the place where he intends to reside in foreign countries as well as contact number to the concerned police station at Pune.
