The learned counsel appearing for the Appellant in Appeal No. 607/2022 would submit that the very suit in respect of which the Appeal arises has already been withdrawn. She would further pray for leave to withdraw the present Appeal as well. The Appellant in Appeal No.610/2022 also makes a similar request for withdrawal of the Appeal. He also seeks leave to withdraw Writ Petition No.409/2023. The above requests are made by the learned counsels upon instructions from their clients, some of whom are personally present before the Court. Accordingly, Appeals from Order No. 607/2022, 610/2022 and Writ Petition No.409/2023 are disposed of as withdrawn.
