14-WP-1950-2016.doc filed in the year 2016. Several orders have been passed and several reports have been submitted from time to time. We find that today also a report is filed by the Nalasopara Police Station dated 22nd April 2019 which is taken on record. We find that in the course of efforts of the police in the investigation of the matter, several other missing persons have been located. But unfortunately, the petitioner's child namely Hasina Sheikh, who was aged about 11 years as on 15th June 2012, has not been able to be traced out till date.

Therefore, we direct that the Assistant Commissioner of Police of Missing Persons Bureau continue to make all necessary efforts for tracing out the missing child. With such observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed off.
