The learned Counsel for the parties make a joint statement that the Petitioner and Respondent No.1 have amicably resolved the dispute and consent terms have been executed. The learned Counsel seek leave to tender Consent Terms. Mr. Vishal Mungekar, Authorized Representative of the Petitioner and Mr. Sandeep Kumar Dubey, Authorized Representative of the Respondent No.1 are present before the Court. They admit the contents of the consent terms and execution thereof. They are identified by their respective Advocates. They submit that they have executed the consent terms voluntarily and there is no coercion or duress. 3.

Consent Terms are, thus, taken on record and marked 'X'. 4.

The Writ Petition, thus, stands disposed in accordance with the Consent Terms.
