P.C.:- By the present Petition, Petitioner has requested this Court to conduct his Narco Analysis Test. It is the contention of the Petitioner that, if the Narco Analysis Test is conducted, the truth wherein he has been implicated as an accused, will come on record. 2) Petitioner will be at liberty to file an appropriate Application before the Trial Court where his matter is pending, if permissible under the law and in such an eventuality, the Trial Court will decide his Application on merits without being influenced of the fact that, this Court has permitted the Appellant to file such an Application.
