Learned A.P.P. on instructions from the Senior Jailor, Kolhapur Central Prison Kalamba, Kolhapur submitted that, the Petitioner has been convicted in Sessions Case No.86 of 2013 by the trial Court and has been sentenced to life imprisonment.
