The Petitioner has challenged the show cause notice concerning the externment proceedings, as well as the order passed in Appeal, dismissing the Appeal against the externment order. 2.

Basically, the Petitioner is aggrieved by the externment order dated 2nd February, 2017, externing him outside the limits of Districts Satara, Sangli and Solapur for a period of two years. The said order was passed by the Sub-divisional Magistrate, Koregaon. 3.

The period of externment was for two years. The record of the Petition does not show that the stay was granted to the operation Bhalchandra
